Air Optix Night & Day can be worn continuously for 30 days and 30 nights
Air Optix Night and Day contact lenses are one of the few monthly disposable contacts you can actually sleep in. You’ll need to check with your optician that your eyes are suitable but Ciba Vision, the manufacturers, say that it’s possible to wear these lenses continuously for up to 30 nights.
That means there’s less mess than with dailies, you don’t have to go through a cleaning and overnight storage routine like you do with traditional monthly lenses and with Air Optix Night and Day contact lenses, you can just put them in at the beginning of the month and forget about them.
Air Optix Night and Day contact lenses are made of a unique material called Lotrafilcon which is self-sufficient – it doesn’t depend on water to transmit oxygen to the eye. And the plasma-treated surface means that there’s less protein deposit build-up. Just one more bit about the technology that goes to make up these amazing lenses: a silicon hydrogel phase allows good lens movement and also goes towards comfort.
So if you’re fed up with dailies and monthly cleaning regimes, ask your optician about Air Optix Night and Day contact lenses. Make sure you get hold of a copy of your prescription, though. You won’t want to be paying high-street prices.

Vision Comfort Value for Money I've been wearing day&nights for about a year now and have never looked back. Unlike before with my dailies I never have to use drops or refreshing sprays even though I wear them 24/7! My eyes don't dry out and I can see crystal clear from first thing in the morning till last at night. Value for Money Vision Comfort These lenses replaced Proclear compatibles as they have a higher level of water content and therefore comfort as I have quite dry eyes. I choose to take my lenses out every night even though they are extended wear. I am comfortable in them on the occasions I leave them in overnight, just refresh them with a drop or two of 'Blink Intensive Tears' Contact Lens friendly eye drops in teh morning if worn overnight or on particularly long/dry eyed days....Read More...Hide
