How to buy your contact lenses online..
Buying contact lenses online is so simple and so convenient you will wonder why you ever queued in a busy optician’s on a Saturday morning. Before you start, grab a box of lenses for both eyes and dig out your prescription.
- Step One - Find your contact lens. You can navigate by lens type (e.g. Daily / Monthly / Toric), search by brand using the drop-down box or use the search box in the top right hand corner. Either way, you will easily find your contact lenses and you will be delighted how cheap they are.
- Step Two – Enter your contact lens specification. Either read from your prescription or from the boxes themselves.
- Step Three – Choose your order method from the following options:
- Send us a copy of your prescription dated within the last 12 months, either by fax or email.
- Add your optician’s details, in which case we will contact them to validate your prescription, assuming it is dated within the last 12 months
- Opt for no prescription, in which case we will pass your order to our Dutch sister company. In this case it is vital you double-check your prescription since we will be unable to re-check it.
- Step Four - Add your payment details. We accept all UK cards (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Solo) but not American Express.
Now get on with your life. Re-ordering is even simpler, since we will keep all your details and you can just log-in and press one button.
In the meantime the people at GetLenses will get to work. If you have sent in a prescription we will check it against the lenses ordered. If you have requested us to do so, we will contact your optician. Once this checked we will try to get your products in the post by the next collection.
