We try to offer as much help as possible or as much as you want. In order to simplify the procedure we have put in place 3 choices:
1.
Send in a copy of your prescription by fax or email.
If you choose this method, we will expect the email to arrive within 24 hours of the order. Remember the prescription must be in date (within the last 12 months) and should be legible. As soon as we have validated the prescription against your order we shall carry on with the despatch process.
2.
Ask us to validate your prescription with your optician. In this case you will have to enter your optician's details in the form provided - we will then telephone your optician and confirm the date and specification against your order.
3.
Select no prescription. In the event that you choose no prescription, your order will be processed by our sister site GetLenses.nl. This company is under no obligation to check your prescription so it is up to you to make sure you get it absolutely right.
In the event that you select 1 or 2 above, we cannot proceed with the order until validation is complete. That means that if you fail to send us the details or if your optician is unavailable, nothing will happen (although we will probably send you reminders!).
Orders posted from Holland incur the same postage charges as UK orders, £2.95 for orders under £30 and free for orders over £30. Delivery will take slightly longer.
