I've lost my password
If you have lost your password, lick on the "lost password" link on the login page. You will automatically be sent an email with a new password.
How do I change my password?
If you log-in to the web site, you will see your personal dashboard in the "My Account" section. Under Account Information you will see a link that allows you to change your password.
Where can I find my order history?
Once you have logged in, you can see all your previous orders at the top of your personal dashboard. This includes status (i.e. shipped or awaiting payment) as well as the products on order.
How can I re-order without having to enter all my data again?
In the order history section of your personal dashboard there is a re-order button at the end of every old order. Don't worry, you still get the chance to review all the information, but if you're happy you will only have to add your card details.
