How to pay

There many convenient ways you can pay for contact lenses and supplies. We take MasterCard, Visa, Solo, Switch, Maestro and payment by PayPal. If you need to, you can also send us a cheque but we won’t process your order until we’ve received it.

Here are a few common questions from our customers.


  1. Are my payments secure?

    They’re totally secure. We use the most advanced payment security channels possible, update them regularly and we have never once heard of a credit or debit card being misused as a result of a transaction with us. What’s more, when you pay online, no one at GetLenses can see your full card details – just the last four digits of the long number for verification purposes.

  2. Why won’t my payment work?

    There could be many reasons why your payment won’t go through. But we can’t see your card account so we can’t tell you why. The best thing to do if your payment is repeatedly rejected is contact your card issuer or bank directly.

  3. What’s ‘store credit’

    On occasion, we’ll issue your GetLenses account with store credit. It’s not cash, and you can’t withdraw it as such – but you can use it to reduce the price of future purchases with us. There are a number of ways you can get store credit. You’ll receive it, for example, if you recommend a friend or a member of your family to shop with us. We’ll let you know if your GetLenses account has been credited.
